","text":"The thing that I liked about a medium to large company when I was younger was the fact that most of them had a 401(k) retirement plan. However, what you worked for them for so many years and want to make better wages you may want to try a small company and save money on the side in the form of your own personal IRA","replyToPid":449414}

When the owner says jump and you say how high?! I’m not saying all small companies fall into that category! I’d have to do research! How long have they been in business! What benefits and pay?
