2018 t680 shifts hard

{"text":"I just switched from a 2019 t680 with the 12 speed to a 2018 t680 with the 10 speed. both automatic. I notice the 2018 10 speed seems to shift hard in the lower gears. especially when starting from a stop. is this just normal with the 10 speed and I need to get used to it?\n\nI called the kenworth dealership and they said there would be a light on the dash if there was a problem. the 12 speed was a lot smoother. looking to see if it's worth taking into a shop to get looked at.\n\nthanks","videos":"[]","link":"{}","pics":"[]","canComment":true,"externalShare":false}

{"replyToPid":0,"replyTo":"","text":"I called kenworth. they said if there was a problem it would have a light on the dash. \n\nwent home for 2 days and when I started the truck and put it in gear it took a bit for the transmission to realize I had my foot on the acceleration and kicked into the gear. then it was going up in speed super slow like it was still warming up. alot of play in the pedal before it registers."}
