2006 century 14L Turbo and Manifold upgrade

{"text":"My stock turbo has finally reached 1million miles this past October (btw egr got modded back in 2014) the turbo actuator or the vpod is now acting up\n\nI figured why not replace the turbo with a borg warner 171702 and match it with a bully dog ceramic coated manifold, my question is since my ecm and all the other related egr crap got modded, can I just replace my current turbo with the bw 702 without doing any other tunes?
