{"text":"For u experienced guys is it bad for my truck to leave it hooked to a load for a couple of days parked? Tight spacing makes it hard to unhook but i dont want to do any damage to my truck. {"replyTo":"","text":"I leave my truck j and trailer hooked up for months at a time. I run my own trailer and have a Teflon plate fifth wheel. No mess. No fuss. Have never had an issue. I remember about 30 years ago hearing the old timers say that leaving a load on would ruin wheel bearings, since all the weight was resting on only one spot on the bearing. Either they’ve come up with better bearings (like a lot of other improvements) or else that theory was false. After all, the trailer was unhooked with a load on it also…\nJust my $.02","replyToPid":0}
{"replyTo":"","text":"Leave it hooked up and drop landing gear. Lock your truck up, your trailer, your spare, lol put a locking fuel cap if you got a reefer and your good ","replyToPid":0}
