The odds that an uneducated morron would make better choices than I, do exist, but that on average I will make the optimal choice 9 out of 10 times.\n\nPeople who 1% English are able to drive because people like me drive safe.\n\nAmerican wealth is built on exploitation of immigrant determination, not immigrant expertise. If you can barely speak the language, the odds of you understanding complex laws and regulation of said language is even smaller. It's only a matter of time before you end up in jail.
