{"replyTo":"","text":"Never trust any trucking GPS. They ALL have flaws, and they generally do a poor job at routing. The only one that I have used that was smarter than all of the ones I’ve used was from Navigo on the Omnitracs. Theirs is a bit of a merge between Google maps and a trucking routes, but every once in a while, the routing would stink.\n\nWhen on new roads, I use Google maps and a Rand McNally road atlas. Also the “Street maps” comes in handy if you need to look at a bridge height or for any truck restriction signs. Generally, wider streets will allow trucks, while smaller streets can have no truck signs or weight restrictions. ","replyToPid":0} |
