","text":"You can’t be 3% over gross without being over axle. If you look at your motor carrier atlas every state is 80k not 80k plus 3%. If you’re running on an annual permit usually a state will have a % you can be over. My state is 100k plus 5% I believe this is where the confusion comes from.","replyToPid":419874}
