","text":"And i just wanna explain how its happened my seatbelt was on me  when i enter the scale it was just little loose thats all, and officer came out got my DL and said we will do safety inspection, Okay and  i went through the Bay and entered when i stopped officer open my door and start to complain my seatbelt and i apologized fixed,  All DOT process  took 2 hours or more everything was fine no any violation on truck or trailer, and when they have done checked everything officer bring it that violation ticket with my paperworks i wasn’t excepting that one, and also is this a rule during DOT process  Should driver wear all of the time seatbelt cause they also wrote on vehicle examination report driver  failing to use or wear seat belt while operating CMV and at the time inspection ?","replyToPid":410724}
