","text":"Thank you for your reply. Yes I remember the high operating costs of the past. Some is due to regulations, a lot is due to external market forces. I understand where you are coming from. My wife and I lived in a small rural town in Minnesota for many years and loved it. We watched as the town slowly died after the mill and another major employer shut down. The stores on Main St. closed, the kids graduated High School graduated and left because there was no future, it was heart breaking to watch.","replyToPid":405659}
