{"text":"Traveling southbound  of I 25 in CO, the wind is a beast. I'm loaded with 44K and it's rocking the hell out of my truck so I pulled over. While sitting here, I've seen luggage racks turned sideways, one trailer starting to lift, the top of a trailer dragged by a four wheeler ripped off. And then, the  inevitable , a vehicle flipped. The killing part...drivers are still chancing it. {"replyTo":"","text":"Maybe one day the driver's will get enough experience driving in 60+ MPH winds. Wind has only been a problem for me when it's head-on winds. Fuel mileage Drops! \nI drive often on I-80 in WY summer or the very icy conditions of winter combined with the winds of WY and so far not so much as an issue with staying in my lane. \nBesides it's good practice for driving on 9 wheels... I'm joking. \nMy biggest concern is with extremely bad 4 wheeled vehicles knowing nothing about how to drive around big trucks and big truck drivers that really need to be trained more on ALL types of conditions. Also, to stay off their phones and stop watching movies or videos or texting while driving. You canNOT drive doing both even if you feel like you can. Stay off your phone or stay off the roads. {"replyTo":"","text":"I'm going to post the accident. The gusts were off the charts. I've had my trailer lift 1.5 ft off the ground when I use to train. This wind blew in my passenger side all day. At the end of the day, I don't play super trucker anymore. I made it in time even with pulling over for a few. I'm heading home for home time and want to get there in one piece.","replyToPid":0}
