{"replyTo":"","text":"I went to orientation 3 at USX. Worked 6 months at a time. Everytime I get to the 5th month there was bs sent my way. USX has a lot to offer if the had decent dispatchers. The will at some point kick you off a load or have you swap loads with another truck. Or send you looking around town looking for and empty trailer to get a load. I don't know what Swift is like. I applied with them and they gave me some bs about my background. While I was at USX I worked TJ Maxx account running teams. Fedex running teams. You have to have Hazmat to run that. I did slip seat running from DFW to Austin every night. Easy work. Ran OTR. I like USX. Accepting loads was easy. The driver lounges were nice. Showers were nice. I didn't do reefers with them but I rather do dryvan only cuz I like to sleep in peace and not hear a reefer engine. Some people like it. \n\nSwift doesn't do a goid job of trying their drivers. You can see that for yourself on YouTube. Plus I had the opportunity to parallel park one of their trucks. Did I mention I never worked for them? But yeah I who recommend USX even with all the BS I went though. And if you decide to work for them do not pay for a lumper out of your pocket.  They take forever to send a t check. I believe they do it on purpose.  They will not reimburse you your money. I learned the hard way. I honestly think the dispatchers pocket the money. I enjoyed USX for what it was. It was a great stepping stone to get to the next opportunity.","replyToPid":0}
