I've been on a carnivore diet for 6 months now and let me tell you, it's been life changing. I lost 40lbs and feel great. my mom also reversed her diabetes of 20 years on the carnivore diet and lost 50lbs. Our brain needs either glucose(which is sugar) or ketogens to run properly. I prefer ketosis over sugar. Going carnivore will put your body into ketosis and convert fat into energy. I don't mean to push a diet plan like vegetarians do, but if only someone told me earlier, I'd be forever grateful. Hopefully this helps someone"}
