What would you do? Apparently I chose wrong and there’s a “preventable minor accident” on my record 🤦🏾‍♂️

I said it was hard to believe and it was just my opinion. \n Luckily there was no one behind me. The train tracks were basically part of the facility but it wasn’t for them. It’s for the Dart trains in Dallas Tx. Had there been someone behind me I’d have had to get out and hope they stopped in time. At the end of the day I know it wasn’t my fault. Still has his job, not driving but as the dispatcher now.

I don’t know what you could have done differently but that’s what they want. I’m not sure what that looks like on a report. Might look bad to have been damaged by a crossing gate.
