{"text":"I have a 3000 watt inverter. I have positive cable to battery and negative cable to ground. When I try using a dual electric burner my inverter starts sending alarms saying there’s not enough volts. Inverter says I’m only using 48% of load. I can use either burner without causing an alarm but not both. Does anyone have any ideas for me? Thanks.","videos":"[]","link":"{}","pics":"[]","canComment":true,"externalShare":false}

{"replyTo":"","text":"Could be a factory defect inverter   the first thing I would try was to take it back and exchange it for another one. if that's not possible I would go get an cheap ohmmeter and check the burner and the inverter.","replyToPid":0}

","text":"If it's a brand new inverter, more than likely it didn't come with proper cords. The factory cords use minimum current and I am sure that they aren't as thick as you need.\nGo to a Love's. They carry the proper replacement power cords for a 3000 watt inverter. They cost $69.00\n(had to but one 2 months ago). I also have a 3000 watt and short of buying a new one, this fixed the issue I was having. \nAlso, if the wires aren't properly connected and grounded, it will not pull the power it is supposed to.","replyToPid":388588}
