The human mind is made of many layers of consciousness, the most primal is the instincts to breathe, eat, and drink. sometimes you might see people who are wandering the streets, and they are naked, they have reverted to their basic primal instincts. once food water and shelter is secured, you might have higher functions of the brain, social awareness, empathy, etc.\n\nRepublicans are in a transitional area between the basic primal instincts and somewhere in between higher brain function.
