The readiness and response of the U.S.  federal government is the responsibility of the president. They didn’t build up any inventory for this type of problem.\n\nNew York State.\nWhat did they do.\nThey tried to build a solar plant with the money that was given. This plant is now shut down.\nThe state build a 300 million dollar factory building for a green company out of California, after the building was completed the company canceled it contract. That building is still sitting empty.\n\nMichigan has the same issues as above \nIllinois did almost the same thing as well.\n\nNot one of the states filled any inventory. Then once this happened all the states started loosing their minds and said the federal government needs to help and respond quickly.\n\nWhat does Your President Trump do. That’s right he completely and swiftly responded to the issue. Now even Democrat Governors are actually starting to realize Your President did a good job.\n\nBut now you need to ask yourself if you live in one of the states that I mentioned.\n\nWhy didn’t my state take that money that Obama gave them and plan for it instead of taking it and spending it on things that aren’t even producing for said state.
