Alabama college’s new CDL program receives truck

{"text":"Northeast Alabama Community College's new CDL program kicked off with a truck donation from local businessman Samuel Noble of Noble LLC, a Scottsboro-area trucking company.\n\n\nThe Rainsville college's 160-hour CDL program launched May 6. Four students may participate in the class at a time, and new classes start monthly.
