I'm sure most of the drivers involved barely speak english.   I've been driving for 21 years and have learned a trend.  These fks that come over here from wherever, get a CDL, get thrown into a big truck, they don't care, they are driving down the rates and driving up the accidents!  These people get ran through a driving school like cattle some with \"bought\" cdls.  I saw a billboard once that advertised \"Get your CDL in one day\".  There was also a bust in Florida, some 7,000 CDL's were issued to non qualified people....all foreign mostly from Russia.","replyToPid":0}
