I use a Crook Pot, and love to cook chicken breast and thighs, clean in salt , drain, and use Lowery marinade sauce,  and onions/ Garlic/pepper/ in a little water, cook on medium for over 2.5 hrs. also love boned Pork Chops the same way. I drive for Nussbaum out of Bloomington, Illinois  but live in Springfield,MO,  and retiring in the Philippines with wife and son, very soon.","replyToPid":0}
