Sleeping behind someone is tough and so is sharing a truck. \n\nRates are horrible now, so realistically not best time negotiate a high Cpm. \n\n Once you do your committed for a year if your company puts you under contract.   \n\nI would dangle the carrot until end of 1st quarter then when rates pick up ask for what you think your worth.  \n\nGet everything in writing and think about everything that you expect from yourself and driver. \n\nHave multiple checklists including expectations that you both abide by.  \n\nHope this helps. \n\nCheers!","replyToPid":0}
