I learned shortly after that other freighliner keys could work or even catching an uber to the nearest freightliner dealer they can cut a key for you if you have the key code or the vin.","replyToPid":0}

{"replyTo":"","text":"man that su<ks. did you have to pay or did your company pay? was the shipper mad? i broke down in a dock once while backing (power steering went out) the reciever wasnt even mad. i kept saying sorry. i tried two keys out of two other trucks but no one on the lot that day had the metal handle they all had the plastic. i did not know about seeing the de aler. thanks for that info. i make sure i have my key on me at all times now when i get out of the truck","replyToPid":0}
