","text":"Well let me tell ya.....\nbefore my dad passed, (health issues not driving), he went to work for them as they told him he would make a great pay rate, the dispatcher constantly wanted him to run outside of hours telling him how to bypass and then would book him loads were it was a team load and expected my dad to make it alone, when dad through the keys at the dispatcher and called him a few choice names he was escorted out of the yard and given his walking papers. That year Swift had 4 active lawsuits in court the forcing drivers to drive outside of hours being one of them.\nAllot of their drivers are running on very little sleep and very little training. Thankfully dad was a long time driver and told them where to get off.\nAlas, it is very easy and funny to make fun of Swift company drivers, yet, what needs to happen is to let them drivers know that what the company is trying to force them to do is illegal and they dont have to stand for it.\n\n#weneedjimmy","replyToPid":303951}
