{"replyTo":"","text":"Trained and drove Crusty for about a year before I went lease. Didn't know where the truck was until the final minute of orientation. Drove with my trainee to Phoenix from Cedar Rapids. It was at a Freightliner dealership after having head work. Picked up truck and it was absolutely filthy disgusting. Nicotine built up everywhere. Cleaned truck. Got 1st load and it died in Hurricane Utah . Needed head work again. Sat in Hurricane Utah for almost 2 weeks. Sitting in hotel not earning. Company at least paid hotel. Got rolling and it kicked out again in Gillette. This is with another trainee after the other one bailed not earning. Crst said I needed to pay for trainees room because \"You wanted to be a boss\" . Left trainee and truck in Gillette and flew home. Earned suppossedly 6800 that week. But got a few hundred because company kept taking weekly payments. Biggest scam ever. Train and Bail hard. I am now an independent with 4 trucks. Finding drivers is a chore indeed. leaving business after the summer and not looking back. Dot regs are a joke. Been buying property and will build houses.","replyToPid":0}
