{"text":"Is this even a thing? not paying your drivers because of a D.O.T. violation? they take your whole check? or because of a flat tire (that's not your fault)? or a hose that gets caught in between the tire while backing in?  theres more. I rather not say it all on here.  But there seem to be Russian/Serbian companies that's just taking money out of the drivers pockets.
