{"replyTo":"","text":"Once your flatbed hauls oversized, your team will be ineffective since many states do not allow night movement.  Find a company that doesn't do oversized religiously is a start.  Also remember the weight of another driver + personal gear if the company opts for a \"lightweight\" division that tries to haul more legally w/o permits.","replyToPid":0}

I don't even let people I know into my sleeper \nBut, to your question, start looking at smaller guys. Get away from the company driver bs. A lot of smaller owner ops pay better, will let you run team, and leave you alone to let you drive how you want. Just an option. Go with whatever makes you more comfortable and good luck to you.
