New sleep apnea regulations?

862558 发表于 2019-12-14 09:18:01 Get yourself another DOT physical from a different doctor I had that diagnosed just by some nurse measuring my neck and then dr says i have sleep apnea and only signed my card valid for 3 months until i can get sleep apnea study or what ever but after those 3 months i went to another DR and got my DOT physical passed for 2 years after the 3 months i was given. Stay away from company doctors they are too picky just pay for your own physical and most companies reimburse you the fee.

{"replyTo":"","text":"Well is what happened to me 2 years ago after the 3 month exam expired i went to my own doctor which i always did before but in order to save time and money i asked the company i worked for at the time to send me to their doctor and after i went well was supposedly having sleep apnea im like dude no way what ever i ain’t going to get no sleep study so after  the exam expired i went to my own doctor and then to DMV to update medical exam and all was good.... but here is the thing after the company doctor exam which gave me 3 months certification i went to DMV to update medical exam and after the 3 months was up i got a new exam passed it got it for 2 years went back to DMV to update medical exam and viola walked out of there and they didn’t say anything... so not sure if this was recent what your mentioning but i find it best to pay for your physical and have company reimburse you for it ","replyToPid":0}
