The masks dont look like they encourage nasal breathing. Nasal breathing gives you increased nitrous oxide levels. in fact, the little blue pill was originally created to open nasal passages. Nasal breathing is a tantric method of improving performance. I like the YouTube guided meditation. they help me fall asleep too. I'm not a fan of sleep apnea machines. they aren't regulated for the chemicals by the FDA and also if they were super awesome, hospitals would start patients on them during inpatient care. they dont. and they wont make sure you have them either. not a priority for hospitals.
