Always ask about pay but also ask about detention pay, layover, and small incentives for safety bonuses throughout the year. See if the company will provide APUs and inverters for their trucks. Health benefits and 401k. Ask about length of haul which is basically questioning how long their average trip is for a driver. Some places have shorter lengths of haul so they will stack short trips. I prefer longer lengths personally. Less stopping, more rolling.\n\nthese are a few that I have asked companies, good luck. 😊","replyToPid":0}
