This industry is gruelling and not for everyone. it sucks but it is what it is. Find yourself a company that will pay you what you're worth (if you've got the experience). ","text":"There certainly are ebbs and flows to the industry. Drivers have to make themselves worth more and part of that is demanding and expecting more from their employers. I’m driving over the road but I’m being paid by the hour. I do a great job and I do it safely. Therefore I expect to earn a great salary. ","replyToPid":243144}
