{"replyTo":"","text":"you have to pay that before you can register and license it. I'm not sure on the trailer I rent mine. join a motor carrier club like OOIDA or an other one like them. I did and I'm glad I did they have helped me out alot through out my years. and any other taxes you may have to pay will just be sales tax on the purchase of the truck I believe","replyToPid":0}
