{"text":"SAN DIEGO — American Trucking Associations President Chris Spear announced a new Controlled Substances, Health and Wellness Subcommittee at the federation’s annual Management Conference & Exhibition on Oct. 7.\n\nThe subcommittee, which will consist of ATA members, will serve as a policy group to help lawmakers, regulators and courts make decisions related to legalized recreational marijuana’s impact on safety and interstate commerce.
