Dumbbell Presses (shoulder and tricep)\n3. Bodyweight Squats\n4. push-ups (to get the most chest activating push-ups you can buy a 20$ set of perfect push-ups and do them on the bunk, otherwise you can't really get full benefit of push-ups)\n5. Crunches\n6. tricep kickbacks\n7. forearm curls\n8. butterfly kicks\nThat's about as many as I can think of rn.
