Well, some guy named Jimi Hendrix comes to mind, there's David Gilmour, Tom Morello, Eddie Van Halen, go to youtube and look up Glen Campbell shredding you'll be very surprised what that guy could do with a guitar. Eric Clapton, Duane Allman, Prince, Charlie Sextant, oh yeah don't forget that little ol' band from Texas ZZ TOP's Billy Gibbons, talk about a bluesman. Slash did a flamenco album witch is really very good. Lou Reed was pretty good as well. Frank Zappa was astounding as a noodler as well as being a band leader he was one of the best technical players to date. There's more but those are the ones that stand out.
