{"replyTo":"","text":"One problem is too much corporate culture imbedded into sandboxed or segregated infrastructures. Communication gets walled off within companies from region to region or account to account, so the driver falls between the cracks and sits still too long or can’t get home because they’re being dispatched by different planners or dispatchers depending on what region they’re in. Swift and Schneider come to mind. The right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing. Basically trucking companies need flatter business models than we’re used to seeing. Basically more simplistic infrastructure models and more automation and efficiency. ","replyToPid":0} |
