Why so many truck drivers are working for a big companies that first they pay so little they don't respect?

{"text":"I have been driving for 13 years i started with Werner 0.26 a mille i worked just to get experience that was 6 months making between$600 to $800 the most for 7 days than i moved to another small company for 0.38 i wad making from $1000 to $1600 in 5days always i was home for the weekend i was working with them for almost 10 months until i saved some money to buy a truck. \nSo i have been OO for 11 years driving the same truck.\nBut i have a friends that are driving and they are payd 0.60 a mile now days. i know so many companies that are paying 0.60 i was offered 0.65 to drive a van witch i don't like it i drive a step deck as OO.\nOk the question why you drive for the big companies that aren't paying good, you are there because they have a newer trucks and you don't care about the pay or is something else?","videos":"[]","link":"{}","pics":"[]","canComment":true}

I would guess due to lack of experience. or maybe because not everyone is as lucky as you to be able to save money up for their own truck due to other responsibilities. or bad credit. fear of failing. do you need more reasons as to why everyone is not like you? {"replyTo":"","text":"i think you got me wrong? what i am saying is drivers should open their eyes and find a better paying companies it makes me mad when i see that some drivers are getting paid so little. as a drivers we miss a lot being out on the road earring all that junk food. \nand if we don't talk how much some company's are paying some drivers will not know. \nIf we talk and support we open the eyes to other drivers.\nbut i see you don't like that maybe you have more than one truck and you don't want other drivers to know that that can make more.","replyToPid":0}
