Company Deposit - Need your advice

{"text":"I started working for this owner about 8 months ago. Our trucks are operated under a decently large company which requires a $2000 deposit for insurance deductible, tickets, violations and ect. According the contract that I signed at the company they refund my deposit with in 60 days if there is no damage nor tickets issued. However, I have heard a rumor that the owner that I work for doesn’t return the money at all. He just keeps it for himself with out any explanations. There are already 3 drivers that resigned from him and can’t get their money from him. Are there any legal actions that could back me up and get my money from him.
