I only left because I needed benefits and everything in trucking is going up parts labor fuel tires but the freight rates are staying the same. \n\nI’m making more money now with benefits and bonuses. Not to mention now I get vacation pay which there is no such thing when you are o/o or lease. \n\nThe other company I would recommend is land star. Those 2 companies are the best. Both have walk away leases. Which is what you want just Incase leasing doesn’t work out for you. ","replyToPid":0}
