I strongly urge you to read industry statistics and information from places like Freightwaves. What we're experiencing is the downside of a boom cycle. It's normal and happens routinely. Any OO that's been running for a few years will agree. It's undeniable and normal. Stop buy into the sky is falling from  tariffs nonsense. Hub group, DSV, CH Robinson and Ryder are having record breaking revenues this quarter. Please, do some more research.

My company just lost a big contract due to underbidding it’s funny though because they normally come right back 6 months later or a year later because of our on time delivery record. We just won top outside carrier platinum award for 9th year in a row for fed ex. ","replyToPid":0}

I offer service that very few can match. Of course, if you're on the spot market it just boils down to the cheapest and closest truck available and that's all they care about. The megas and their brokerages are taking over the industry via legislation too. It'd hard to compete when your adversaries are paying Congress to pass laws against you. Interstate transportation is about to end for small carriers."}

","text":"Undercutting has destroyed sooooo many lanes. It gets to a point it's not worth hauling. Don't believe me? Look at the local dump truck scene in most any major city. Same thing with Intermodal. The rates are absolute garbage. You can even see in the current spot market on loadboards. Too many trucks fighting over the same freight. Tariffs have very little to do with it. What we have is an over capacity issue pure and simple. Trucking moves in a cycle. It's cyclical.","replyToPid":163858}
