{"replyTo":"","text":"Ok then start out with how much do you pay? How often do you pay? do you pay actual odometer miles? If they say Practical Miles, Google, PC miler, Air miles, or all miles, You are running free miles. Then ask are your trucks governed, The faster the truck the more miles, Then ask How long am I expected to be on the road? Then what is my home time? what is the shortest loads you run? Because they can pay you let's say $1 per mile but only have you run 300 miles a week, Then ask what equipment would you get, And if it's assigned to you? Then if you get what you're looking for then ask them to show you the Equipment, If the Tractor look bad then that's how they run their company. If they don't want to answer your questions over the phone and want you to come in first, It's a waste of your time, Don't be blinded by a ridiculous large promise of a bonus, But it all depends on you and your experience, Smaller carriers don't offer many benefits but will in my experience pay you and treat you more like a person and not like a number, Hope it helps","replyToPid":0} |
