{"text":"A few days ago I was running errands and picked up a container of baby spinach, one organic red pepper, cucumber, green onion and pico de Gallo. Cut up each day and it lasted me three days worth of salads. Today I grabbed some chicken from a truck stop (not the healthiest I know) and we only ate a portion of this. Saved the rest for later. Didn’t bother giving the husband spinach lol.
