And try to get in some exercise in the off duty time. Seat adjustment is crucial also. Don’t leave it all the way down. Sit up straight and raise the back of the seat if possible so it’s not acting like a bucket seat. You could be experiencing the beginnings of blood clots in your legs. Which is super bad. Ever hear of a driver being found dead in the cab. A lot of time this is what causes it. Deep vein thrombosis or dvt, a blood clot from the legs which blocks the heart or lungs up and kills.
