Buying out contracts

{"text":"Are there any companies that will buy out a Prime contract? They contract you in for 14 months of employment in exchange for training.  They seem to be nudging me out. I'm all for keeping the peace and checking out early but I have concerns about an early termination showing up on my searchable databases. After I pointed out errors on my payroll, the number of errors increased dramatically. They seem pretty hostile to me. I just want to be paid for my time. I have a decent work history. I'm a safe driver. I've never been I  an accident in my life. No criminal convictions.  Very few driving violations and none in the last 8 years. I do believe Prime may have reported a flat tire as an accident. They said they did. I tried to check but I couldn't get a response for a records request. They don't like me and I'd love to leave. I have only been a Prime employee since  December 1st, so I'vebeen there 7 months now. If I have to stick it out, I guess that's what I'll do. Another thing I might try is West Michigan CDL to remove my automatic restriction and learn manual. they do job placement for life if you complete their training program. maybe that will count. {"replyTo":"","text":"I have had some really unusual experiences besides my payroll. During my training I had extended times home where my trainer wasn't available. Over the Christmas holiday I had to get a job through a temp service since my time without normal pay was so extended. My trainer was leaving pee bottles next to the driver's seat. I'm pretty sure he was peeing while driving. I really didn't want to be tripping over his bottles. So my training was a bit sub par but I still managed to pass my exam first try. I haven't missed work. I asked for and received a new trainer. Wasn't able to go home first so I ended up away from home for about 16 weeks or so with all the wait times for a new truck too. I lost my boyfriend. When I got my new trainer they assigned my truck to someone else which is completely fine. what isn't so nice is that they cleaned my truck out without telling me they were reassigning me. They took all my paid gear and put it back in their stock. I was never reimbursed for my broom. they took my broom handle. all I have is the head. they put my stuff into storage, including my laptop which I was keeping on the truck. I'm not terribly excited about people handling my panties. If they had told me, i would have cleaned the truck. I'm a very professional woman driver and I'm looking for a company that will treat me like a very professional woman driver.","replyToPid":0}
