With the company I work for if you have tanker endorsement it's $200 a day, $250 worth hazmat also.  I went through orientation about a month ago and the guy sitting next to me showed me his offer letter. He received a $10,000 sign on bonus paid over one year. My company is looking to hire qualified drivers.  Benefits were much better than company I came from (Swift) and the work environment is outstanding.  I am very satisfied with them.  Because the company is very specialized in the product that it hauls they are able to pay better, better benefits, do what it takes to keep good drivers.  Turnover way under 50% which is one of the best in the trucking industry.\n\nIf you are regional, which I am, I have most weekends off. This past weekend I was off 54 hours on my reset.  This week's paycheck will be $1500 gross because I have opportunity to take a load to my home town to deliver first thing Saturday am and then will do a 34. I don't have anything negative to say currently about my company.","replyToPid":0}
