{"replyTo":" 632886 发表于 2019-04-29 18:06:57 make it an event. I quit after smoking for 16 plus years. here is what I did. I set the date some time from when I quit. I picked my birthday. when people asked me what I was doing for my birthday I told them \"Quitting Smoking\" I told any one who asked and even those who didn't. this way I created an event, made myself accountable be telling others I was doing it (moral support) soon I felt the big day coming on and I went for it. 1st 60 days were tough. that was June 2006. I saved what I would have spent (pack and a half of Marlboro Red a day solid) the following year I bought a motorcycle. I've never even thought of smoking since. I wish you luck but I used a technique called NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). your life will change when you decide to quit. ","text":"NLP? Im going to research that. Nice tip BTW","replyToPid":23871} |
