Need tips/tricks on passing the blood pressure test

{"replyTo":"","text":"Lay off the caffeine and nicotine  24 hrs before the exam. Also, there is a list of fruits and veggies on-line that lower your BP. Load up on some of these the night before, as well. If you can, have them take your urine before they check your BP. Emptying your bladder will also lower your BP somewhat. Don't forget to get plenty of rest the night before the exam. Good luck brother.","replyToPid":0}

{"replyTo":"","text":"Everything he says is good advice. I will add. Don’t drink coffee 12 hours before. Drink as much water as you can stand starting 12 hours before. Eat raw almonds  then an hour or two before take about 4 aspirin. Just regular aspirin. Make sure they don’t have caffeine in them. Practice calming breath technique also. ","replyToPid":0}

It's easier to have to get a physical every year than having the thought of killing someone. I gladly go every year. 😁","replyToPid":0}
