why most trainers are nasty and harsh for new rookies. Any ideas please

{"replyTo":"","text":"I wouldn't put all trainers in the same box, Even Though I have met more trainers with bad attitudes that treat the trainee like a indentured servant, And have to agree they have only a few months and fresh out of training them Selves and have this knowit all superiority attitude and actually don't know squat, Thinking when that say I'm a trainer this is my student, It impresses other drivers and they have some kind of status to be respected. Kind of reminds me of some Security guards acting and Believing the are CIA, FBI or even Cop. A good trainer in my opinion keeps it humble, And never reveals he is a trainer and treats the person he is Teaching with respect and dignity  and as an equal co-driver.","replyToPid":0}
