{"text":"I have been going to a pain doctor for several years for among other things spinal stenosis the last time I saw him he said there was nothing more he could do for the middle part of my back, for those that know about the pain scale I reached a high one time of 8 and he got it down to a four but pain still rules my life.\ntalk about depression, for a few months I did little of nothing but contemplate what living the rest of my life in pain.\nafter a while I decided it was time for a second opinion and I got that opinion today and to say I am pissed is a HUGE understatement, I told him what the other doctor had said and that he thought it was muscle pain and he had tried everything there was and that there was nothing else to try I had told him I didn't think it was musle pain but bone pain he kept telling me I was wrong.\nenter the new doctor who after hearing this said follow me, where he took me back to his office where my x ray form several years ago was up on the viewer, even as a laymen I could instantly see there was something wrong, he explained that there were numerous bone spurs and that the spinal canal was severely reduced in size and was most certainly bone pain.\nhe gave me several treatment options and two prescriptions one for a anti inflammatory and another for Vicodin for which the other doctor should have prescribed several years ago.\nI just gotta wonder how in the hell a doctor could miss such an obvious problem","pics":"[]","canComment":true}
