","text":"I still run a cobra 29 have it peaked tuned and put modulation in it for about 100 and it will talk good and will be around 25 to 30 watts unless you can afford to get a  galaxy or Conex up front","replyToPid":486381}

And until you actually use it every day like a real trucker, then later on spend the money.\nJust be aware that the standard 4w range you may have to call out for miles and miles until people answer. Then save for a nice galaxy with a kicker and extra batteries just for the c.b. so you can really get out and be heard wall to wall and treetop tall.","replyToPid":0}
