Looking for a new company

{"text":"So the Mega Carrier I’m at now is going to inward facing cameras and AI that will monitor me anytime I’m in the driver seat. They plan to implement this within the next 6 months. \n\n  I’ve been driving for 8 years pulling reefers, with at least 1.1 million miles verifiable. 1 year with my first trucking company and 7 years with my current company (lease op). I have all my endorsements, minus passengers, and a valid hazmat endorsement. I’ve never had an accident or any citations, or even failed inspections. Driving and criminal records clean as a whistle. \n\n   The kind of company or o/o I’m looking to go to work for, is someone that doesn’t feel the need to babysit their driver (unless given a reason), ok with me being out 4-6 weeks at a time with a few days off after that time. Most likely would want to stay reefer or dry van (  don’t think I’m interested in relearning how to pull something else) I can drive manual or auto but prefer manual. I’m not a big fan of forced dispatch, would like to book my own loads if possible, or be booked a series of loads instead of not knowing what I’m doing after finishing a load. I’m a hard worker and have the mindset when I’m away from home, I want to run and make my time out count.  I’m 42 with military experience and a family so pay would have to be fair. Currently live in Northern Arizona but that’s only to take care of the wife’s mother until she’s better. \n\nSome of the places I’ve thought about are \n\nLandstar (actually applied and got the all clear a few years ago but decided to stay where I am at the time)\n\nMonson and Sons\n\nDynamic transit?\n\nAnyone have any other suggests or connections they’d be willing to work for a fellow driver? \n\nMy personal motto is that I’m a rookie or new age driver trying to live and learn the old driver standards. \n\nSorry for the long post, not even sure if im just wasting my time here but I’m trying new things.","videos":"[]","link":"{}","pics":"[]","canComment":true,"externalShare":false}

{"replyTo":"","text":"listen I agree with jahsh if the company is treating well, stay.   the cams is nothing. hell give them a show every once inwhile. \nI work for a small company, just fired 200 driver for being just that \"bad apples\" so they need drivers. the best but it is a job.
