Create an electronic paper trail with emails.\n\nEvery time you communicate with them regarding an illegal run send a BCC(blind courtesy copy) to someone you trust.\n\nIf they talk to you in the phone, send an email stating your understanding of the phone call.\n\nThey will do everything to avoid a papertrail so you do everything to create one.","replyToPid":0}

{"replyTo":"","text":"Dispatchers are idiots. Tell em you're not breaking the law for them. Lots of people do it every day out here and they're fools. Just ask the 22yr old kid who got a hundred yrs in prison for the accident in Denver. Put it in writing. Dispatchers hate that when they're trying to push you to break the rules. Once they figure out you can't be pushed around they'll leave you alone. Don't ever lose sight of the fact that you can quit a trucking job and have another one in 2 days. They're literally that desperate to put bodies in seats. Trying to make drivers feel like they have to do this kind of stuff is a trick as old as the hills in trucking. Don't fall for it they're not doing you any favors by locking you in a truck for months at a time and paying you peanuts. They need you more than you need them.","replyToPid":0}
